1. Eligibility You must be 18 or older to purchase from this store. By completing a purchase you confirm you meet this requirement and that it is legal to purchase these products in your jurisdiction.

2. Products All products are sold for personal use by consenting adults. Deranola makes no medical claims about any product listed on this site.

3. Orders & Pricing Prices are displayed in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD). We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. You will be notified and refunded in full if your order cannot be fulfilled.

4. Shipping & Customs Orders ship from the USA via FedEx. Delivery times are estimates only. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in their country. Deranola is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence and we will resolve it.

6. Discretion All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. Your billing statement will reflect a neutral descriptor. We do not share your personal data with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability Deranola and Delwaves Ventures Ltd are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased on this site.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, where Delwaves Ventures Ltd is incorporated.
